Shipping Container Homes

Finished container homes from $22,500 — insulated, wired and plumbed in our shop, delivered with stamped drawings for permitting.

A container home gives you a steel-framed, weathertight structure that arrives largely finished. We build them on 20ft and 40ft high cube shells, because the extra foot of height leaves real headroom once insulation, subfloor and ceiling are in. Everything — framing, spray foam, electrics, plumbing rough-in, windows, doors and finishes — is done in our shop under cover.

Builds range from a compact one-bedroom cabin to multi-container homes with full kitchens, bathrooms and covered decks. Every build ships with stamped drawings and specifications for your permit submission, and your deposit is refundable if the permit is denied.

Specifications & what you get

Built on high cubes

40ft high cube shells give 9'6" of external height — after spray foam, subfloor and ceiling you keep genuine standing headroom rather than a cramped interior.

Insulation & moisture control

Closed-cell spray foam bonded to the steel insulates and stops condensation forming on the inside of the panels, which is the single biggest failure point in poorly built container homes.

Finished in our shop

Electrical, plumbing rough-in, HVAC, windows, doors, flooring and cabinetry all installed under cover before shipping, so site time is measured in days, not months.

Drawings for permitting

Every build ships with stamped drawings, structural details and specifications for your building department — and the deposit is refundable if your permit is denied.
