A shipping container pool is a Corten steel container converted into a finished swimming pool — sandblasted, sealed, lined, plumbed and fitted with filtration before it leaves the factory. It arrives on a truck, sets on a prepared base, and is ready to fill the same week. Outback builds them in 20ft, 30ft and 40ft lengths, including deep-end, glass-panel and endless swim-jet designs.

Sand or cartridge filtration, circulation pump, skimmer and return jets plumbed and pressure-tested before shipping.
Marine-grade liner & steel prep
Interior sandblasted, sealed and lined with a pool-grade liner or fiberglass coating. Exterior finished in your chosen color.
Steps, decking & lighting options
Side staircases, wooden deck covers, LED lighting, viewing windows and swim jets can all be built in at the factory.
Delivered ready to fill
Pools arrive complete. Set on a level compacted base or concrete pad, connect power and water, and fill.
How a container pool install works
Choose your length
20ft for plunge and small yards, 30ft for family swimming, 40ft for a true lap pool or a deep-end design.
Pick finish and extras
Liner color, exterior paint, viewing window, staircase, deck cover, LED lighting, heater or swim jets.
Prepare the base
A level compacted gravel pad or concrete footing carries the load. We send the pad spec with your order.
Delivery and set
Delivered by crane or tilt-bed truck. In-stock pools ship in 7–10 business days; custom builds take a maximum of 3–4 weeks.
